Best Restaurants, or Rather, My Favourite Restaurants in Singapore

 

Took me a long time to finally put this list here(I don't know why) but here are my favourite restaurants in Singapore, and obviously the best restaurants in Singapore to me. 

I might have forgotten some great places, but will update this post as I go along!

 

I have personally eaten at all of these places before, so I hope you'll like them too! Places that I have highlighted are places that I have revisited.

And we mean the extreme west, like Pioneer to Dover so cafes in Holland Village and Bukit Timah are not covered in this listicle. The gorgeous Summer Hill at Claymore Connect has introduced a weekend brunch trolley buffet— a French twist to the beloved dim sum trolley! Expect unlimited small-plates of their greatest hits which include their signature Classic Roast Chicken(which the team has been whipping up for 15 years now), Mussels Normandy, and Steak & Eggs, new dishes such as the Braised Lamb Shoulder Dipper, and a tantalising selection of desserts featuring Pistachio Creme Brûlée, Chocolate Stout Cake with Bailey’s Whipped Cream, and Warm Banana Bread.

Snuffles and I flew with Singapore Airlines three times :

1) Business class from Melbourne to Singapore in July 2019

2) Business class from Singapore to Paris in June 2022

3) Suites from London to Singapore in August 2023

Dog-Friendly Northern Lights Tour in Tromso, Norway

 

Snuffles and I went to Tromso with the sole aim of catching the elusive Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis. We were too early for other winter activities such as dog-sledding or whale watching which was quite sad, but I guess we just wanted to make sure that we caught the lights! We were there 1-4 October 2022. It took me awhile to find a dog-friendly company that will accept Snuffles on the almost 10-hour tour.
