Strangers' Reunion
Having been around for about 1.5 years now, Strangers' Reunion is one of the most popular cafes in Singapore. Having heard much about their buttermilk waffles and coffee, I finally popped by on a weekday afternoon!

Tonkatsu by Ma Maison
Widely acclaimed as the best tonkatsu in Singapore, it has indeed taken me long enough to finally pop by for dinner. They don’t take reservations on weekends and so, I went early to tell the staff that I require a table for 9 at 7pm. Even though they don’t accept reservations, the server at the door tried his best to make the arrangement for us!

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR!
HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR TO ALL OUR READERS AND FOLLOWERS AND TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO DROPS BY THIS BLOG!!!
Strictly Ours will not be what it is today if not for the support and readership of you guys!
Thank you once again for supporting Strictly Ours, and even though we're one glutton down, I'm hoping that I'll still be able to do up helpful reviews for you guys! Also, I'm terribly sorry for the lack of updates. The cafe takes away every ounce of my energy and I don't even have time to have a proper meal to be honest. But I'll try my best to update more!
Also, Mean Bean & Wicked Grind will be opening on weekends soon! If all goes well, the first Saturday will be on 15th Feb! Mark your calendars and I hope to see you! Do say hi okay!
Have a prosperous new year ahead and win more money and may you receive a truckload of angpows! [:
With all the love in the world,
K

Shinkei Japanese Restaurant
Media Invite
Located near the Toa Payoh library and a short distance away
from the MRT is Shinkei, a Japanese buffet restaurant. I’ve never heard of
Shinkei but judging from the number of people present at the restaurant, I’m
guessing that it must be quite popular!
