The trolley is a brilliant idea — it allows guests to have a taste of
all that Summer Hill has to offer, before they go for more servings of
their favourite dishes. The variety is great and everything is
delicious!
I absolutely loved the Ham & Brie Sandwiches and the
off-menu Sausage Roll. I am a huge fan of sausage rolls and Summer
Hill’s version was a smashing one! I hope it becomes a mainstay! The famous roast chicken truly lived up to expectations, and even the duck fat fries were smashing. Pace yourself so that you don't get too full before the mains even take the stage!
I was already so stuffed before it was time for dessert but still made myself wolf down a portion of everything on offer, because they were just too yummy to pass up!
Staying true to their identity of being a neighbourhood
restaurant, Summer Hill crafted this trolley with families in mind,
pricing the brunch buffet at just $69 per adult(includes free flow iced
tea), and $25 for kids (they have a special trolley filled with Homemade
Popcorn Chicken, Alfredo Pasta and more). There’s even a DIY snow cone
bar!
I truly enjoyed every dish that I had at this beautiful space, and will highly recommend that you make a reservation as soon as possible! Adults who fancy a boozy brunch can top up $69 for free flow prosecco, white and red wine.
I will be back for sure!
