1-Group joins in the Lunar New Year festivities with 8,888 prizes which include an all expenses paid trip to 1-Altitude Melaka. From now till 24 February 2024, simply spend $88 at any of their outlets to get a chance at their claw machine. Every $88 nett is entitled to one chance so you could be grabbing loads of prizes home in a night! I highly recommend that you plan a trip to FLNT which is, no doubt, one of the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in Singapore. Seeing as Valentine's Day is coming up as well, this is the perfect time to dine and win! Apart from the grand prize of a trip to 1-Altitude Melaka, there are plenty of other prizes such as $288 and $188 dining and wine vouchers.
Sunset from the 55th floor just hits different. FLNT offers an unparalleled view of the city which will impress anyone, and everyone. It was my first time here and I was excited to try Nikkei cuisine. We had a really hard time deciding what to order because too many things look too good, and we also couldn't decide if we should go for the set menus! After getting a few recommendations from the friendly staff, we finally placed our orders.
I couldn't choose between the Yellowtail Ceviche($28) or Citrus Tuna Ceviche ($28)! It took me SO LONG, but since we agreed on the Otoro Tiradito($32), we eventually picked the Yellowtail rendition. The ceviche was a flavour bomb that we thoroughly enjoyed, and wiped clean in no time. Would definitely have ordered seconds if there were more than 2 of us because everyone would be fighting over it. The savoury otoro tiradito was full of umami and equally outstanding!
Oh, and we totally understood why the Foie Gras Taco($26/2 piece) is a bestseller here. That plump and creamy foie gras was cooked to perfection. So rich, so good!
There are 3 options for the Inka Warm Sushi. On hindsight, we probably should have gotten the Cuttlefish, Sweet Shrimp, Aji Verde version because it's part of the set menu, and also more unique! The Flame Seared Salmon and Aji Amarillo ($18) was straightforward, nothing fancy, but good old tasty.
The flavour-packed Peruvian Anticucho Chicken($18) is a must-order. Trust me when I say that all your guests will go "hmm, the chicken's good!" on the first bite. I'm not a fan of chicken, and hardly ever order a chicken dish but this? I would come back to FLNT for.
We were just discussing how every dish had been a hit so far when the Japanese Wagyu A4 Sirloin(120g/$95) arrived at our table, looking all glorious. This was an absolute winner in our books. I love me some top quality wagyu that melts in my mouth, and every piece of this was just impeccable. I usually have my beef with just a sprinkle of salt and pepper, because the natural flavours of premium beef are usually great and need no accompanying sauces. And I'm happy to report that this was the case here!
It was my first time at FLNT, but it will definitely not be my last! The food was fantastic!
So, after our meal, we were supposed to keep our receipt and try our hand at the claw machine, which we totally forgot about, so I came back the next day! Every $88 nett entitles you to a chance at the claw machine!
