Here's a list of dog-friendly hotels and airbnbs that we stayed at in Europe! The highlighted ones are really good, and the rest are at least, decent! We did not include the ones that we did not fancy, and we also want to take this opportunity to thank our friends who hosted us!
I would say that all hotels, except the ones in Greece and those under the Petit Palace group, charge a pet fee that ranges from 8 euros - 35 euros (sometimes per night, sometimes per stay). Airbnbs typically do not charge an extra fee for pets, but I do recall the airbnb in Bilbao charging us an additional 5 euros per day that we had to pay in cash.
