Sky22 at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena is known for their semi-buffets and seasonal/themed buffets. Their latest Surf & Turf buffet which runs till 10th November promises tantalising delights that will definitely please your palate. You'll be happy to know that the buffet($68++/adult, $34++/child) is available on Friday(dinner), Saturday(lunch and dinner) and Sunday(lunch), and includes juices, coffee and tea.

Seafood lovers will enjoy the fresh Poached Boston Lobsters (Canadian), Poached Prawns and Mussels on ice and Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon with Mediterranean Salsa/Seafood Lasagna, Sambal Tiger Prawns/Black Pepper Prawns, and Baked Whole Sea Bass with Burnt Butter and Capers/Grilled Whole Red Snapper with Sambal Sauce, and Singapore Chilli Crab with Mantou Bun.
Meat lovers will enjoy the Grilled New Zealand Lamb Rack with Mango Chutney and Herb for sure. I don't take lamb at all, but when this arrived, I was intrigued by the coating of spice and decided to try a small piece. Little did I know that I will end up finishing one rib by myself! I was really surprised that the lamb was void of that distinctive lamb odour, and was so tender! The jacket of spice certainly made the lamb even better. Everyone was full of praise for it!

They have quite a good selection of desserts but I think that the Tiramisu and Warm Chocolate Tart are the best! You'll definitely be popping more than one of these babies.
