Look forward to Nyonya Chicken Curry with French Baguette, Otah Quiche, Pacific Lobster Laksa, DIY Kueh Pie Tee, and fresh popiah wrapped on the spot at the Peranakan section, and have your fill of mini Wagyu Sliders, Mud Crab Sandwiches, scones, tarts, and indulgent cakes from the English tea corner. The moment you look at the entire set-up, you'll instantly know that you're in for a real treat. There's just too many options, so be sure to come hungry!
The famous Pacific Lobster Laksa, comforting Nyonya Curry, tasty Kueh Pie Tee, satisfying Virginia Ham Sandwiches, and brilliant Otah Quiche had us going for seconds. We knew we wouldn't have enough space in our tummies to try every single item on offer, so we had to really pick and choose carefully and pace ourselves! But when the items are this delicious, you just have to stuff yourself with more, or you will be letting yourself down.
Pan Pacific Singapore is known for their luxurious buffet spreads that are designed to pamper. The high tea buffet spread definitely does just that, and the dessert selection will not disappoint. Sink your teeth into delicious entremets to round off the afternoon tea experience on a sweet note. Highlights include Heritage Coconut Scones, Tart Blanc with Peach, Salted Egg and Cantonese Sponge Cake with Salted Yolk, Araguani Hazelnut Royaltine Entremet, and Matcha Yuzu Lychee Entremet.
The 3-hour buffet($48/pax) comes with 2 beverages — choose from Lavazza coffee, TWG teas, and 2 special cold brew teas. Well, if you ask me, I think that the buffet is well worth every penny!
We were so full at the end of just 1.5 hours and we didn't even manage to try everything. If you're looking for a really value-for-money weekend afternoon tea, you don't have to look further because I'm very sure that this is the place for you.
