Don't you love buffets? Well, I certainly do. Kuvo is possibly one of the largest, if not the largest, restaurant in the heart of Orchard Road. And, they have recently launched an attractive Chinese tapas buffet that might just be right up your alley. If you're a huge fan of Chinese food, this should interest you. Diners get to indulge in 30 different dishes, carefully prepared by the wonderful chefs at Kuvo. Expect premium ingredients and tantalizing small bites with big flavours.
While you can enjoy unlimited servings of most of the dishes, there are six premium dishes that are limited to one serving per diner. They are the Shao Xing Crab(available only for a party of 4 during dinner),
Braised Abalone and Superior Broth Rice with Truffle Oil,
Crispy Suckling Pig with Prawn Paste (available during dinner only),
Sauteed Tiger Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk,
Grilled Hokkaido Squid,
and Steamed Blue Shell Mussels. These 6 premium dishes will definitely tickle your fancy.
Other highlights include Fish Maw Collagen Soup, Deep-fried Honshimeji Mushroom(crazy addictive), Spicy Lava Deep-fried Prawn Roll, Truffle Flavoured Pork Dumpling, Black Pepper Beef Cube, Champagne Pork Ribs, and Braised Pork Belly Roll with Yam. Are you drooling yet?
The vast selection would mean that you need to pop by with a bigger party to be able to try everything without filling up too quickly. I will suggest dining in a group of 4, or more.

Weekend Dinner : $42++/adult, $20++/child (Saturday, Sunday, PH, 6pm : 10pm)
