The JW Marriott Singapore South Beach introduces Beach Road Kitchen, an all-day dining destination. The 247-seater is one of nine dining establishments under the luxury hotel. The gorgeous restaurant will definitely catch your eye even if you're just walking past. It's a short walk away from the main hotel building, and sits pretty in South Beach Avenue. I went to Beach Road Kitchen really full, and didn't think that I was gonna eat much but the impressive spread left me no choice but to stuff myself silly.
Beach Road Kitchen is big on showcasing the freshest produce sourced from different parts of the world. They have a floor-to-ceiling charcuterie and cheese display that features cheeses flown in from France, Italy and Spain, and cold cuts from multiple regions in Europe. A range of local and international cuisine awaits and diners will be wowed by a custom-built cold seafood room, a vertical salad bar, an iconic pizza oven, and various live stations.

The ravioli was a chef's special that was sent to every table. The chef's special changes daily.
Local favourites include Hainanese chicken rice, roast meat, char kway teow, nasi goreng kampong and angus hor fun. You can also look forward to dimsum, Indian dishes and Western delights such as Lobster Bisque.
The dessert section comprises bite-sized tarts and cakes, icecream, chocolates, crepes, waffles and a soft serve machine where you can try your hand at making an icecream cone!

I was blown away by the extensiveness, quality and freshness of the spread. And I absolutely adored the grill station. The meats were delicious! For just $78, the dinner buffet is really very value for money. Top up $29 to enjoy unlimited glasses of prosecco, red and white wine.
I'll definitely be back, Beach Road Kitchen!
