Rico Deang was leading the bar team at CUT before he joined Artemis as the Bar Manager. His expertise in crafting exquisite concoctions has always kept the local cocktail scene exciting. He has an incredible palate that leads to his superb pairing of flavours, allowing him to inject freshness into classic cocktails and making bold ideas a reality.
Artemis is perched on level 40 of CapitaGreen and it overlooks the Central Business District. With a gorgeous view, a lush sky garden setting, chill vibes and tunes and Mediterranean-inspired bar food, Artemis has already secured the number one spot on my list of favourite bars.
The evening started on a high note, as we dive into glasses of tasty champagne.
Lota Bell
Of the three cocktails that we tried, this has got to be my favourite. It's like passionfruit tea with real passionfruit flesh sitting at the bottom. Disarmingly delicious!
Beautiful Sour
This refreshing cocktail possesses citrus flavours and is a little fizzy from the presence of sparkling wine. It will definitely be a popular choice among the ladies.
Eastern Promise
While I didn't quite enjoy this creation that features freshly burnt rosemary and a combination of Scottish whiskies, I think that the boys will like it very much.
Artemis is committed to sustainability and only uses organic and fresh produce.
The food and drinks here are definitely worth coming back for. And oh yes, the ambience too.
