The Braised Beef Cheeks ($23) and Hickory-smoked Salmon ($23) were really impressive! I'm not one to opt for a fish option ever but the salmon here was so perfectly executed with a gorgeous pink centre that I've made a mental note to return for it! The beef cheeks were meltingly tender and possessed a rich and deep flavour. We cleaned out both dishes completely!

I stay away from Squid Ink anything because of the stain it leaves on my teeth. However, a bite of the Arros Negre ($49/$79) here changed my mind and I ended up scooping more and more onto my plate. Delicious!
