Ciel Patisserie - New Outlet at Jalan Bukit Merah

photo Ciel Patisserie Jalan Bukit Merah 2.jpg
Ciel Patisserie has been around for a couple of years now. I remember visiting them when they were still located at a tiny corner in Bugis. Chara Lum, the founder of Ciel Patisserie, is my schoolmate from Anglo-Chinese Junior College who went on to Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She has brought delightful and affordable French pastries to the neighbourhood of Hougang when she opened up her very own brick and mortar shop back in 2012. Following the success of their first outlet, and their online bakery business, Ciel Patisserie is ready to say hello and bring life to the quiet Jalan Bukit Merah estate.

He has come up with around 30 sauces that diners can pair with meat or seafood options. The Salted Egg Yolk XL Spare Ribs ($20) is one of the most popular items here and I urge you to give these gigantic ribs a go!
