Celebrating Chinese New Year at a restaurant has never sounded this enticing. Apart from awesome credit card promotions, diners are entitled to a complimentary yusheng for lunch reservations and the entire Fivefold Fortune Set on the house for dinner reservations! If that's not a total bang for the buck, I'm not quite sure what is.

Crispy Baby Crab Yu Sheng
After an astoundingly successful run of their crab buffet, Spice Brasserie has decided to continue with crabs in their Chinese New Year Buffet. A colourful plate of traditional yusheng is dressed up with baby crabs and a fruity passionfruit and plum sauce, resulting in a refreshingly delightful mix.
Prosperity Pot
A mini version of the poon choy that we are very used to, diners will find abalones, mushrooms, sea cucumbers and scallops in a tasty and rich broth.
Abalone Glutinous Rice
Fans of claypot rice will be pleased to learn that this is part of the set that will be gifted to patrons.

End the meal on a sweet note with Chef's special Pumpkin Puree with Almond Flakes. The buffet spread at Spice Brasserie is pretty impressive. Apart from the usual suspects like seafood on ice and sashimi, and the current highlight of crabs done many ways, patrons can look forward to crafting their own ice kachang and muah chee! I had so much fun making my own muah chee haha.
Do make your reservations as soon as possible. Honestly, this is a deal too good to be true. Five premium dishes, all on the house!
