Cuts @ Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore
Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore is well known for its buffet which has an appealing and very wide selection of Asian and Pacific cuisine. They also have themed nights where the buffet spreads focuses on a particular range. We popped by on a Tuesday and it was a meat-themed night that featured Roasted Whole Lamb, Wagyu Rump, German Pork Knuckles, a live station where they grill your choice of meats and sausages and more.
Every one of us was immensely impressed by the extensive variety
The seafood on ice section had oysters, Alaskan King crabs (which are delish if you're patient enough to break through them), clams, scallops and prawns.
Very fresh salmon, tuna and swordfish sashimi!
The legendary and irresistible Durian Pengat that some of us had several servings of.
My favourite of the lot has gotta be the Coffee Panna Cotta and the soft chocolates
I had so much of the fresh seafood, sashimi and roasted duck. I was so so so full and so satisfied after the meal! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 hour dinner buffet at Edge!
Cuts @ Edge will set you back $78++ but most major credit cards enables a fourth guest to dine for free with every three paying adults. So the final bill for one would work out to $73. Seafood nights (Hooked @ Edge) on Wednesdays and Thursdays will cost $82.35/pax with the same credit card promotion. Mondays would be the most worth it, if you aren't particularly big on the themed nights as the buffet will cost $63.65/pax.
The best best bestest offer one can possibly enjoy will be heading to Edge after 9pm on weekdays. For $50 nett, you can eat your fill until 1030pm! Super super worth it!
Everyone was full of praise for Edge and we all agreed that it is definitely one of the best buffets available in Singapore!
