Wednesdays at The Exchange have always been a madhouse. Packed to the brim with executives and partygoers, Ladies Night here is a weekly affair not to be missed! Now that Ladies Night has been revamped with the addition of more alcoholic beverages for ladies, there's seriously no reason for you not to come by! But the highlight of it all, is most definitely the launch of the Fiji Water Dessert Platter!
Vegetarian Platter - $40
Marinated chickpea, picked ratatouille, confit cherry tomato & mozzarella skewers, manchego cheese croquette, vegetable tempura
We kicked the night off with booze, and more booze, and some platters for sharing! That lotus root tempura was so addictive
Sharing Platter - $60
Cured and airdried meats, pickles, smoked salmon and halibut, mini burgers, chicken wings, rosemary chicken skewers, lamb skewers, caramelized pork belly
This is perfect for a party of four! That pork belly was really yummy! The selection was generally satisfying but they do need to work on the burgers. The buns were almost as hard as stones
Kiwi Margarita and Blueberry Margarita
The free flow alcoholic beverages for ladies include Lychee Martini, Cosmo, Apple Martini, a selection of Margaritas (flavours change weekly) and Hoegaarden Rosee Beer! Impressive selection, please. Also, I've always hated beer but the Hoegaarden Rosee Beer has turned my life around. I actually finished an entire pint on my own when I wouldn't even usually take a drop of beer. I'm a believer.

FIJI Sweet Corn Sorbet with hazelnut parfait, egg yolk glass and fresh strawberry
A beautiful mess, don't you think? The clever and brilliant play on colours, textures and definitely, flavours, won my heart. Each individual item shone and I didn't expect the myriad of flavours to come together so well, but they did. Extremely well executed! That passionfruit custard, sweet corn sorbet, chocolate ganache and hazelnut parfait especially.
Do pop by to try the Fiji Water Dessert Platter before its gone! And oh yes, how can any lady resist Ladies Night here at The Exchange? It's impossible! I foresee myself making return visits already haha
