The hearty lamb stew was a hot favourite and to be honest, such authentic Hainanese lamb stew is a serious rare find in Singapore. There's a particularly unique taste that comes from the presence of fermented beancurd that you won't find in your typical lamb stews. Australian lamb leg and 9 different herbs are employed in the creation of this.
