I spent an hour at the cooking studio at ToTT under the guidance of Chef Victor Yeoh from Ellenborough Market Cafe and I successfully cooked two dishes!
Dish 1 : Bakwan Kepiting (Clear chicken broth with shredded bamboo shoot & pork meatball)
Dish 2 : Ayam Buah Keluak (Braised chicken in black nut sauce)

They might not look good but they were delish! Really thankful for the constant guidance and help from the chefs and the assistants! I really enjoyed myself and never would I have thought that I would be able to prepare two edible dishes haha. They weren't only edible, they were super yummy!
