Stirling Highway II

Back at Stirling Highway for dinner! Made a call earlier in the day and realised that they have all day breakfast now and this means that I could finally try the much raved about pulled pork pancakes that was sold out the previous time I was here!

Decent breakfast fare that is very affordably priced!

Pulled Pork Pancakes - $14
The pulled pork pancakes had me at hello. The outer layers were lightly crisp and the inside of the pancakes were fluffy and soft. Between the pancakes were flat layers of aromatic and flavourful pulled pork. Accompanied with Jack Daniel's infused maple syrup and a homemade sauce, the pancakes made my heart flutter with satisfaction and content. So so good and I'll definitely be back for this!

Stirling Highway is a pretty chill place for dinner and I brought Waffles along with me this time round! He had the arugula salad with no dressing and a few bites of rye and I guess he enjoyed his little snack too haha. We both had the apple juice ($3.20) which unfortunately, tasted rather artificial. The desserts were calling out to me but we skipped them because we were heading to Sunday Folks. Already planning when to come back for the pancakes!

Will strongly recommend that you drive here! Limited parking is available right outside.
