The Bravery

 photo PA069090.jpg
After a disappointing brunch, X asked what my other choices were initially besides The Coffee Shot. And I told him The Bravery was one of them so we decided to head there. We hopped into the car and I tried locating the place but after a ten seconds drive, we were at The Bravery already! Haha it was quite funny. Do look out for the cafe as there isn't a signboard!

The cafe is extremely bare and hardly furnished.

Iced Latte - $6.50
I was told that one of the best milk-based coffees is made with Genovese beans. However, I guess Genovese coffee does not sit too well with me but X felt otherwise. Coffee is indeed subjective!

Mocha - $4.50
Quite an affordable price tag for this pretty drink that X adored

Scone with butter and jam - $4.50
$4.50 for a scone with no clotted cream? Nahhh, I'd have passed if I knew it was $4.50. And it was quite unfortunate that the butter wasn't good. The scone was bigger than the average scone but not as fragrant as I'd have hoped it to be

Considering that we were the only ones who placed an order in quite a significant period of time, our orders were sent over pretty slowly. However, I did like the server who sent the stuff over, he's really warm and chirpy! Oh yes, and parking is quite readily available just by the roadside or at the carpark nearby. Free parking on Sundays!

  1. Can you remove the first photo please. My friend and I are in it and we are not comfortable with the idea.

    2. Hmm honestly it's quite a nice photo. I am don't really like the idea of blurring out our faces for doing nothing wrong and just hanging out in a cafe. I do read your blog. Will really appreciate if you can either take out the photo or crop out our faces. Thanks a lot.

  2. I agree with the first anonymous. Pls remove all the photos with ppl in them, and that includes all the first 3 photos in this post. It's rude to take pictures of ppl without asking them for permission. No one would be pleased to see their own faces appearing in some random unknown blog. And I don't think by blurring out their faces you're warranted to post these photos.

All you food bloggers, pls just shoot your food and stop snapping pictures of the surroundings with ppl in them. So rude.
