[GIVEAWAY] The Inspired Chef

The Inspired Chef is created by four chefs whose names may be more than familiar to you. Having years of experience in creating delicious and pretty desserts, Chef KK Pang (Antoinette), Chef Janice Wong(2am : Dessert Bar), Chef Daniel Tay(Bakerzin) and Chef Willin Low (Wild Rocket) are set to rock the dining scene in Singapore with this new venture. The Inspired Chef brings to you premium icecream that are made locally in flavours you'd never have imagined.

The four signature and unique flavours that are currently available are Caramel Popcorn Avalanche, Divine Chocolate Tart, Double Peanut Fudge and Raspberry Cheesecake Rumble.

Divine Chocolate Tart by Chef Daniel Tay - $14.90
Rich chocolate icecream with sea salt and butter crumble.

Satisfying and rich semi sweet chocolate icecream that will have you going mmhhmm when you bite into the sea salt bits and the tart-like butter crumble. I especially liked the crumble although I have to say that it was a little on the bland side. But I adored the extra crunch of the crumble!

I was so excited to dig into this. The icecream was unique and the burst of sweet caramelized popcorn was really captivating. What a brilliant and incredible creation! Couldn't resist this sinful indulgence that I finished almost the entire pint on my own!

    i) It is packed with serviettes and metal spoons
    ii) Double peanut butter fudge is me in ice cream form. Peanut butter is classic and simple, nothing fancy, but really comforting. Just like how I come across as a really average guy, but is someone who will be a great friend when you get to know me! Fudge gives the element of fun and exciting, which reflects me exactly, as I can rise up to the occasion and have a blast!!

    ii) Caramel popcorn avalanche suits me best! Just the name alone sounds fun and exciting, like something unconventional and out of the box. Just like how I am adventurous and always trying new things, this ice cream flavour is really pushing the limits of what ice cream can be!     2. Chocolate divine tart will suit my personality the best! Though chocolate is deemed as a classic flavour, adding new and exciting ingredients always bring it back into the menu again.     Caramel Popcorn Avalanche is the closest to describe my personality. Sweet and Salty, like me, not all sweet, I have my bold and tough side. Plus when imagining about popcorn always getting stuck in our teeth when eating, I'm like that with my family and friends, I tend to stick with them through up and downs.

    Definitely the Caramel Popcorn Avalanche! I love caramel popcorn the most, always my must-have when I go to movies and recently I've been buying instant popcorn to make at home hehe.     (ii) Divine Chocolate Tart! I love chocolate the most and always eat it when I'm stressed. As chocolate can be sweet and bitter (Dark choco) plus it comes with sea salt in this flavour, this explains my personality as a happy go lucky but when I'm sad, I do really show it up bitterly. The butter crumble inside the ice cream describes me as a creative person who always come up with surprises to bring other people happiness. :)

    2) Personally, i prefer Divine Chocolate Tart. Rich chocolate icecream with sea salt and butter crumble.
    Sea salt will bring down the sweetness of the chocolate and balance the palate.

    2. Divine Chocolate Tart definitely matches my personality the most as firstly, I really love chocolate! Be it milk, dark or white, I love them all! In addition, with the sea salt bits added to the sweetness of chocolate, it clearly describes how adventurous and open I can be, loving both the salt and the sweet. Not forgetting the crunchiness inside the sweet and salty ice cream... I just cannot wait to try it!!!
