Hidden on the eighth level of Novena Medical Centre is this quaint little cafe. X has just started working at P&G and his manager introduced him to this cafe! He brought me there after I popped by for lunch one day. La Ristrettos is considered to be really hidden because unless you know that it exists, I guess you'll kinda never realise that theres a cafe there! Its located in the middle of a long quiet stretch. However, as secluded as it is, the cafe was full when we dropped by!
Iced Latte - $6.50
We shared an iced latte because we were too full from lunch haha. The iced latte comes with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Love the creamy texture that it adds to the coffee! Also, the coffee is aromatic and very pleasant to the palate
Isn't this cafe charming? La Ristrettos has quite an interesting concept of having the espresso machines outside of the counter. You will be able to see the barista work his magic! In addition, La Ristrettos is the sole distributor of the Cafe Agust beans that they use in their cafe, so do drop by and have a shot! (Got the pun? HAHA) Also, the main courses available look really good. Will definitely try them the next time I go there!
